Videographer

Your Role:

Ellislaine is seeking a talented and passionate Videographer to bring client stories to life through high-quality, engaging video content. In this hands-on role, you’ll collaborate with our creative team from concept through delivery, producing videos that align with each client’s brand and business goals.

Job Type: Full time (Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm)

Job Location: Redding, CA

Wage: DOE (Depending on Experience)

Who this is for:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Film and edit professional-quality videos for client and internal projects

  • Storyboard and plan shoots with strategic intent

  • Color grade and finalize footage for polished output

  • Capture and produce content for social media (reels, shorts, promos)

  • Produce longer-form videos such as commercials, testimonials, brand stories, and internal videos

  • Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s tone, goals, and platform requirements

  • Stay on top of video trends, platforms, AI tools, and best practices

  • Collaborate with clients and team members to brainstorm and execute creative ideas

  • (Bonus) Operate drone equipment and secure footage when applicable

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in video production (portfolio required)

  • Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, etc.)

  • Strong eye for composition, color grading, pacing, and storytelling

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

  • Excellent communication and creative collaboration skills

  • Ability to take feedback constructively and adapt to brand/client needs

  • Drone operation certification is a plus, but not required
