Photo/Video Release

By signing this document, I acknowledge and grant permission to Ellis Laine Creative Marketing (the “Agency”), on behalf of itself and its clients, as well as their respective agents, employees, and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs or videos of me, or in which I may be included, for any lawful purpose. This includes, but is not limited to, editorial, advertising, social media, print, digital, and promotional materials on behalf of the Agency and/or its clients, without compensation or any other consideration.

I understand and agree that these materials will become the property of the Agency and will not be returned. I hereby irrevocably authorize the Agency to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos and videos for any lawful purpose. In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears.

Furthermore, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the photographs or videos. I also waive any right to bring any claims of invasion of privacy, infringement of my right of publicity, or any other claims arising out of any use of the photographs or videos.

I acknowledge that I am at least 18 years of age and have full understanding of the terms of this release. In the case of participants under the age of 18, this form must be signed by a parent or legal guardian who understands and agrees to the terms outlined herein.
