Graphic Designer

Ellislaine is seeking a talented Remote Graphic Designer to support our creative team on a subcontractor basis. This role is ideal for a detail-driven designer who can move quickly between clients, brands, and formats without sacrificing quality.

You’ll create print and digital assets for a wide range of clients, working from brand guidelines and creative direction. The ideal candidate works efficiently, uses AI tools to speed up their process, and has the design judgment to know when something isn’t working, and the confidence to say so.

Who this is for:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design print and digital assets for a diverse client base, such as social graphics, flyers, ads, brochures, signage, and presentations

• Build and maintain on-brand templates in Canva for client and internal use

• Adapt designs across sizes, platforms, and formats

• Support branding projects, including logo concepts and brand identity elements

• Use AI tools to speed up ideation, production, and revisions

• Review AI-generated and template-based work and refine it to a professional standard

• Prepare print-ready files and web-optimized exports

• Manage multiple projects and turn around revisions quickly

• Communicate proactively about timelines, questions, and creative concerns

Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in Canva

• Sharp eye for detail, including typography, spacing, alignment, and color

• Comfortable working with AI design tools while knowing their limits

• Ability to work from brand guidelines and creative direction

• Thrives in a fast-paced agency environment with shifting priorities

• Reliable internet connection and remote workflow capability

• Web design experience preferred (especially AI site builders like Lovable)

• Adobe Creative Cloud experience a plus, especially Illustrator and Photoshop

• Branding and logo design experience a bonus

• Portfolio Submission (Required - please include)
